Religious Resources

It's a given that you will run up against some religious references during your Grail Quest.  No matter what your belief system is, your job will likely be to understand someone else's faith is.  This is no easy task.  There are divisions, sects, cults, branches, off shoots, and heretics within any faith based system.  Even those that subscribe to a certain faith have difficulties understanding all of these ramifications.  Hopefully some of the links below will lead you to a better understanding of matters of faith.

Web Sites

Bible History – This site presents a number of Biblical resources.  Prime on my list are the links to Biblical maps and imagery.

The Blue Letter Bible - The digital age is a wonderful thing.  The days of trying to figure out what the abbreviations in Strong's Concordance are over.  The Blue Letter Bible provides a powerful search for references in the Good Book.  There are also on line commentaries, maps, images, and study tools available.  A valuable on line resource for tracking down and understanding your Biblical leads.

Catholic Encyclopedia - It's Catholic and an encyclopedia, do the math...

E-Text Center – Offers a e-text of the Bible, along with the Book of Mormon, and the Koran.

Jewish Encyclopedia - Look at the Catholic Encyclopedia entry and substitute Jewish for Catholic...

Patron Saint Listing – There are a ton of Saints and Martyrs out there in the Catholic faith. The Catholic Forum lists individual Saints with their story, and feast days.

Religious Tolerance.org - Goal is to foster understanding of all religious groups.  What this does for the Grail Seeker is to give a nice overview and link list for just about any religious group you can think of.
